  • Rooms are ready from 3 pm. Check in is private and contactless through the dedicated guest entrance and key lock box and your access details are sent before you arrive. Come whenever suits you after 3 pm, there's no desk to wait at and no one to meet.

  • Check-out is by 10 am. This gives our housekeeping team the time to prepare each room properly for the guests arriving that afternoon.


  • Yes. Free onsite parking is available for all guests, so you can leave the car and walk into town.

  • Rosewood is at 54 Wallcliffe Road, about 700 metres from the main street, roughly a 5 minute stroll. There's a map and directions on the contact page.

  • Four ensuite guest rooms set in the gardens, The Wallcliffe Suite, The Ellensbrook, The Redgate and The Georgette. Each is described on the rooms page.

  • Rooms sleep two guests on the existing bedding

  • Yes, free WiFi throughout the property.

  • Every room has:

    • reverse-cycle air conditioning

    • a television

    • a bar fridge

    • a kettle with tea and coffee

    • an in room safe

    • professionally laundered linen and towels

  • Rosewood is best suited to couples and guests over 12. There are no facilities for infants.

  • Rosewood is not suitable for pets.

  • Rosewood is room only, which keeps your mornings entirely your own. Each room has a fridge and tea and coffee facilities and some of the region's best cafés, Aldo's, Riversmith, Eggberts, The White Elephant and Margaret River Bakery are a close by.

  • About a 5 minute walk along a flat route, close enough to walk to dinner and back without driving.

  • Most of the region's wineries, beaches and forest trails are within a ten minute drive and the golf course is five minutes away. Our things to do guide has our favourites.

  • Yes, private wine tours in "Rosie", a 1956 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud, for up to four guests.

  • Book direct through our website, it's always our best available rate. Check availability.

  • Bookings can be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

    A one night deposit is taken about a month before arrival and the balance seven days before. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the first night; within seven days the full booking is charged, less any portion we're able to re let. There is no refund for early departure. We recommend travel insurance.

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFTPOS and direct bank transfer.

  • Yes. Rosewood is a registered short term rental accommodation provider (STRA6285N6D3UCJ3) and a Sustainable & Quality Tourism Accredited Business with Tourism Council WA.
